I'll start.
About 1 year ago I was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) / Fibromyalgia. This illness is horrible. Some mornings I would wake up unable to move - moving a finger felt like sheer exaustion to the point I could barely breathe. Ambulances were called sometimes when I felt that I would die by the time they arrived.
It really hit me deeply when I got to tired to eat. That's when I cried and prayed, which thankfully worked immediately to give me the energy to eat my meal.
The only good thing about this illness is that you study alot about the body and disease, and learn alot about how things work.
I would recommend that anyone with CFS to immediately get more protein into their diets and eat a little 6 times a day. The metabolic rate needs to increase and the body needs protein which is often actually lacking. Don't eat any carbs less than 6 hours before going to bed - very important!
Another thing that helps is good salt. Get Himalayan Crystal Salt and have some "Sole" everyday. Good salt is as vital for the body as good water, and we often get industrial chemical salt instead of good salts.

This helps, but not enough to get completely back to normal. The cause needs to be discovered and healed.
For me, I thought I'd try the MMS since it works on killing pathogens. I also suspected my dental amalgam (mercury) fillings so I didn't expect MMS to work completely.
I bought some in February from PGL International because they make theirs in a GMP / FDA certified facility. I know MMS can be made at home but that was the reason I didn't trust buying from anyone else.
When I finished the 15 drop 3x a day dose for just over a week my energy was quite good. However a few weeks later is when I noticed my overall fitness to be as expected for someone that hasn't done any physical activity for a while.
Lately I've been learning skiing and snowboarding. I can go on walks without collapsing or feeling shocking the next day. I actually get up at around 8am now whereas 10am was feeling early to me not long ago.
I suspect the cause of my CFS to have been a pathogen of some kind, but I am still getting out my amalgams because I don't want any more symptoms developing down the track in life.
On a side note, I have not had any coldsores / herpes since I finished MMS either, and have been doing the "don'ts" like eating lots of peanuts / peanut butter and chocolate :)
I could add more to this story but will leave it at that for now for this first post.
Just remember - Chronic Fatigue is a symptom, not a diagnosis!

I would love to communicate with U. I'm 35 years old and live in Pasadena, Ca. Everyone says how beautiful I look on the outside {SO Frustrating} , but I feel awful and tired on the inside.
